At the same time, she worked for several film festivals in Belgium for which she managed coordination and programming.
In 2015, she directed her first documentary short film « Cure », around her sister’s work as a nurse, which enjoyed a nice circulation in festivals. She also directed a series of video-portraits of Belgian poets and a dozen musical clips for Belgian artists. Early 2020 she published « 365 degree (of love) », a book where she associates collected love stories and photographies. « Juliette The Great » is her second short documentary.
Constantly sharpening her gaze, navigating between video and photography, Alice Khol focuses on the notions of intimacy and portrait. She observes the poetry of small everyday events where reality turns into fiction.
