The CBA organises three film submissions sessions per year for projects seeking support in the Development and Production stages. There are also 5 sessions per year dedicated to films in post-production. There is a limited number of participants per commission. Before submitting any project, it is important to contact the CBA’s General Secretary as soon as possible to talk about the project. There is no pre-selection and your project will be registered in chronological order of contact. A fortnight before the submission deadline we will ask you to reconfirm your intention to submit. Any place freed will allow a project on the waiting list to be included on the agenda. The dates below are provided merely as an indication of the period. The exact dates will be announced to the registered projects later by e-mail.

Aside from the commissions, two independent support schemes are also offered : impulse grants targetted at films in the early stages of writting and support for projects at the early stages of material viewing and editing.

We remind you that only projects by filmmakers and producers working and living in the Brussels or Wallonia regions can be submitted.
