Myrann, Wapan and Seskin are three Atikamekw teenagers living in Wemotaci, one of the three Atikamekw reservation of Québec-Canada. Through their daily life at school, following an optional music course, the movie shows us an intimate portrait of a native youth in transition trying to build its future and a place in this world. What is it to be young and to grew up in a reservation ? Through the learning of music, the movie gives a report on the present complexe’s relationships that the native young can have with their « white » teachers. How two cultures meet each others ? A question that the movie asks while it brings us also into the intimate universe of three beautiful teenagers carrying their culture and the love of their territory.
