My purpose was not to make a film that merely reports what one should have seen in Berlin. In this film, it’s my voyage, my history which I’ve traced through certain quarters and regions of berlin. It is the dialogue established between the city and myself. An excursion through the old sections of Moabit, Kreuzberg, wedding, places where traces of past history or rather what is left of it can be found. Therefore, I found myself filming this excursion, hoping to find the possibility of rebuilding another relation withe the world.
