Agathe Corniquet (born 1982) spent her early life in the north of France. After graduated from Insas (the Belgian National School of Cinema) – Department of Image, she decided to stay in Brussels. She works for 12 years as a first assistant camera on international feature films, and as a cinematographer on documentaries. She also works on her own photographic project based on the Polaroid technique. Being a member of the k14 collective – the documentary Kodachome’s directors – Antoinette, 41 rue du phénix is Agathe’s debut as a documentary filmmaker.
