GEJZA is a tzigane and hard of hearing; two serious handicaps in the Slovak Society. In spite of that, he feels free and happy in his family. The film follows his daily lief and his discovery of a world where spaces and sounds intermingle. Over his tuneful hesitant voice we hear a prayer and fabulous stories. Reality mixes with dream, dream crosses reality. A devil and a priest spring forth from the shadows. In the distance we hear a horse on the gallop and the laugh of a child…
