The twenties in the south of Brussels, Floréal, one of the first garden-cities, was constructed by its inhabitants. Architects: Eggericx, François et Moenaerts. Town planner Van Der Swaelmen. Economy: basic foundation of uniformity and simplicity. Personalization is achieved through the complexity and fluidity of the combination game. The composition of the film takes up the same concept: architectural aspects and portraits of inhabitants cemented together by rhythmic editing. The music, percussion, has been specially written to punctuate the film.
