Emin, a twenty-three-year old Turkish youth, follows the steps of a friend, a brother, a spiritual father, who has gone away too soon: Jacques, Jaco, Jacob. Between blocked horizons and mad hopes, from the gare du Nord to Brussels, a hot district, in a cabin near the bridge of a river somewhere in the Haute Savoie moutain, Emin’s quest is the same of all those who are eager to leave family, ghetto, neighbourhood, city or country when oppression is prevailing everywhere…
