Un monde absent

Ronnie Ramirez & 55' — 2004

On the other side of the world, in Patagonia in southern Chile, is a town called Puerto Aysén. In this region where nature has been protected for years, foreign investors are opening construction sites for a new industrial Eldorado: large scale salmon farming and an immense aluminium factory to soon be built. How do the Patagonians react to this? Torn between resignation and fighting, they share their visions with us.
