In one of the biggest cosmopolitan districts of Brussels, Schaerbeek, “Miss in dreams” deals with the lives, hopes and dreams of a small number of young women who prepare themselves to take part in the election of “Miss Schaerbeek”. The film presents a diversified community and the difficulties one has to face in order to fulfil one’s dreams in such a society.
