Feelin' groovy

Stéphane Lejeune & 25' — 1987

They’re twenty. Smart and cunning, they walk the streets to sell poems… Four pals who – every week – leave Belgium for France or Switzerland. They travel from town to town, knocking about universities. From morning till night, ruling the roost, they untiringly accost students. Mostly girls, of course; above all, selling means chatting up! The booklet they throw into your hands isn’t the point. Their charm and their kindness aren’t worth more than a penny. These cheeky, boastful, shrewd skirt-chasers earn money through their seduction. Modern gypsies, they live on almost nothing and incessantly set out for new horizons. Selling is their job, adventure their reason for living.
