During a walk between his home and the unemployment benefits office, passing by Chaussée de Wavre, Jean-Marc Turine finds himself thinking about the principle of unemployment, society, and his daily life. Through a soliloquy, he will go so far as to question his own condition via impersonal love letters, going up to the Chaussée de Wavre to his hometown, and try to fill the burden that the system imposes on him.
